At Mai Beauty Fiji, we’re committed to creating a smooth, transparent and relaxing experience from the moment you book your appointment. These policies are here to help everyone know what to expect and feel confident booking with us.


📅 1. Bookings & Payment

To secure your appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking.
We currently accept:

  • M-Paisa

  • Debit/Credit Card via ANZ eGate (Visa/Mastercard)

  • MyCash

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your payment has been processed.


🔁 2. Cancellations, No-Shows & Refunds

We understand things come up! Here’s how we handle changes:

  • Cancel or reschedule 24+ hours in advance: No fee at all.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: A 50% fee applies. The remaining 50% may be refunded or applied to your next appointment.

  • No-shows: Full service fee will apply.

Refunds are not guaranteed for late cancellations or no-shows.
That said, if something serious happens, just reach out — we’ll always try to support you fairly.


⏰ 3. Late Arrivals

We allow a 10-minute grace period.

  • Arriving between 10–20 minutes late may result in a shortened service or reschedule.

  • After 20 minutes, it will be considered a no-show and standard charges will apply.


👩‍👧 4. Children & Guests

  • No unsupervised children under 12 unless they’re receiving a service.

  • Please bring no more than one guest to help keep the space calm for everyone.


🔐 5. Privacy

We collect your information to manage bookings and provide the best service possible.
We will never share your data unless:

  • It’s legally required

  • It’s necessary to process your payment securely

You can request to view or delete your data at any time — just email us.


📌 6. Policy Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page and applies immediately upon posting.
