At Mai Beauty Fiji, we’re committed to creating a smooth, transparent and relaxing experience from the moment you book your appointment. These policies are here to help everyone know what to expect and feel confident booking with us.
1. Bookings & Payment
To secure your appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking.
We currently accept:
M-Paisa
Debit/Credit Card via ANZ eGate (Visa/Mastercard)
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your payment has been processed.
2. Cancellations, No-Shows & Refunds
Cancellations or reschedules with at least 24 hours’ notice: Free of charge—no fees applied.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or no-shows: These will be charged the full (100%) service fee, with no refund provided. This helps cover the reserved time and preparations.
However, we’re happy to offer a complimentary one-time reschedule to a new appointment (subject to availability) as a courtesy. Future late cancellations or no-shows will follow the standard full charge without reschedule option.
Late arrivals: We allow a 10-minute grace period. Arrivals more than 20 minutes late may be treated as a no-show, at the salon’s discretion.

3. Late Arrivals
We allow a 10-minute grace period.
Arriving between 10–20 minutes late may result in a shortened service or reschedule.
After 20 minutes, it will be considered a no-show and standard charges will apply.
4. Children & Guests
To maintain a serene, relaxing, and professional environment in our lash and brow salon, we kindly ask for your cooperation:
- No guests allowed: Please arrive for your appointment alone. We do not permit additional companions or guests.
- No children permitted: As we do not offer any services for children, no children (of any age) are allowed in the salon.

5. Privacy
We collect your information to manage bookings and provide the best service possible.
We will never share your data unless:
It’s legally required
It’s necessary to process your payment securely
You can request to view or delete your data at any time — just email us.
6. Policy Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page and applies immediately upon posting.
