Frequently Asked Questions
How to Prepare for Your Appointment
To ensure the best results and the longest retention for your lashes and brows, please follow these simple prep steps:
Come Makeup-Free: Please arrive with your face completely clean and free of eye makeup (mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow) and brow products (pencils, pomades, gels). Residual oils and makeup create a barrier that prevents lash adhesive and brow tints from bonding properly.
Skip the Caffeine: Try to avoid caffeine for a few hours before your appointment. It can cause your eyelids to flutter or twitch, making it much harder (and slower) for me to apply your lashes or map your brows precisely.
Remove Contacts: If you wear contact lenses, please remove them before your appointment to avoid any irritation or discomfort while your eyes are closed during the service.
How long do lash extensions last?
With proper care, lash extensions last around 3–4 weeks. Most clients come in for infills every 2–3 weeks to keep them looking full.
What’s the difference between a lash lift and lash extensions?
A lash lift enhances your natural lashes by curling and tinting them.
Lash extensions add synthetic lashes to give extra length and volume.
Will waxing make my skin red or break me out?
Some redness is normal right after waxing and fades within a few hours. Avoid touching, sweating, or using active skincare for 24 hours after your appointment.
What’s included in a brow lamination?
Brow lamination sets your brow hairs in a lifted, fuller shape. We often pair it with a wax + tint for the best result and definition.
Lash Extension Aftercare: Essential Rules
To ensure your lashes last as long as possible and keep your natural lashes healthy, please follow these two golden rules:
The 24-Hour Rule: Keep your lashes completely dry for the first 24 hours after your appointment to allow the adhesive to fully cure. After that, clean them daily with an oil-free cleanser to remove oil, makeup, and debris.
Avoid Oil and Friction: Oils break down lash adhesive, so avoid using oil-based cleansers, makeup removers, or creams around the eyes. Additionally, avoid rubbing, pulling, or picking at your extensions, as this can cause premature shedding and damage your natural lashes.
Do I need to pay when I book?
Yes — to confirm your appointment, full payment is required upfront. You can pay using M-Paisa, MyCash, or Card (via ANZ eGate).
What happens if I cancel or don’t show up?
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are free.
Late cancellations incur a 50% charge, and no-shows are charged 100% of the booking fee.
What should I do before my appointment?
Arrive with a clean face (no makeup, oils, or moisturizers)
Avoid caffeine before lash services
Avoid using retinol, AHAs, or exfoliants near the treatment area 48 hours prior

Can I bring my child or a friend with me?
We kindly ask that you come alone or with one guest only. No unsupervised children under 12 are allowed unless they’re booked for a service.
