I had a lash lift and tint done today with Grace and it was such a lovely experience. My eyes are usually quite sensitive, but she was so gentle that I actually fell asleep during the appointment. She’s super sweet, made me feel really welcome, and had the whole thing done in under an hour. She also explained the aftercare clearly, which I really appreciated. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

I was very pleased with the service Grace had provided me. After a bad first experience with another lash tech I was skeptical but thought to give it another try when I saw the model call for Grace's practical. I did not expect to love the outcome. It was more than what I had anticipated. Grace was very professional from the moment I walked through the door. Loved her energy and she worked meticulously on my lashes. For those that know me know that I have super sensitive eyes but after Grace was done there was no red eye, no irritation, no stingy sensation in my eyes. Just beautiful lashes.

Some redness is normal right after waxing and fades within a few hours. Avoid touching, sweating, or using active skincare for 24 hours after your appointment.

Yes — to confirm your appointment, full payment is required upfront. You can pay using M-Paisa, MyCash, or Card (via ANZ eGate).

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are free.
Late cancellations incur a 50% charge, and no-shows are charged 100% of the booking fee.

  • Avoid caffeine before lash services

  • Avoid using retinol, AHAs, or exfoliants near the treatment area 48 hours prior
